As Business Development Manager at The Franklin Residences, Alison works with corporate clients in Philadelphia and identifies where AVE’s furnished apartment offering can be a solution for their corporate housing and talent mobility needs. Additionally, Alison cultivates and grows relationships with global leaders in many important industries, such as finance, banking, legal, technology, entertainment, media, pharmaceutical, and life science.

As a Resident Services Manager at AVE Clifton, Colleen takes great pride in providing our residents with a quality and comfortable place to call home. With a passion for delivering a high level of service, Colleen goes above and beyond to manage resident requests, ensuring their needs are not just met, but exceeded. She's committed to making every stay special, personalizing her support to ensure our residents feel right at home.

As the Engineering Director at The Franklin Residences, Ed works closely with on-site leadership to oversee the mechanical operations of the building daily. He also responsible for managing apartment and amenity transformations and leading our professional maintenance and painting team members.

As Sales Coordinator for the Key Strategic Accounts team, Camille is the dedicated point of contact for AVE’s growing portfolio of communities nationwide. She works closely with relocation management companies and corporate housing partners to find their employees and clients the perfect home away from home in our flexible-stay, fully furnished apartments. Camille also works directly with our on-site Resident Services teams to ensure each booking is move-in ready.

As a Maintenance Manager at AVE Somerset, Juan oversees the maintenance team to ensure apartments are move-in ready and maintenance requests are successfully completed in a timely manner. He ensures his team members are fully supported in their roles by reviewing their weekly make readies, providing guidance on repairs, and ensuring they have all the necessary supplies through inventory management.

As a Leasing Manager at AVE Clifton, Lesley provides an end-to-end resident experience by conducting on-site tours, providing guidance through the leasing process, welcoming residents on move-in day, and reviewing lease renewal options. Building and maintaining relationships through community outreach is a key component to his role as well. He also works closely with team members ranging from resident services, maintenance, and housekeeping to deliver the AVE lifestyle to all residents.
