A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation, but will not be charged until 5-7 days prior to check-in. There is a 3% processing fee for all payments, but we will be waiving fees for any payments via ACH, cashier’s check, and money order.

For all stays of 30 nights or longer: All residents are required to sign a lease agreement. Individuals must complete a Residency Application within 48 hours of booking, otherwise your reservation may be subject to cancellation.

Pet Policy
AVE Hamilton Green is a pet-friendly community. Guests bringing a pet will incur a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet.

Group Policy
Group bookings of up to 5 rooms can be made in a single reservation.

Stays will be charged 48 hours prior to check-in. For all stays of 30 nights or longer: All residents are required to sign a lease agreement. Individuals must complete a Residency Application within 48 hours of booking, otherwise your reservation may be subject to cancellation.

Monthly stays (30 nights or longer): Cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 7 nights of total room and tax charges.

Less-than-monthly stays (29 nights or shorter): Cancellation must be received 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of 50% of the total room and tax charges.
