How does AVE compare to other apartment communities have to offer?

What are the lease terms?  

AVE specializes in flexible apartment living. Whether you desire carefree living year-round or you need something more temporary because you are relocating or in-between homes, we have a living solution for you. How do I pay my rent? 

You may pay your rent directly to Resident Services via a check or online through your Resident Portal, whichever you prefer.  

Are you pet friendly? 

Yes, we love our furry friends! You can have up to two pets in your apartment, and we have no breed or weight restrictions.  

How accessible is management at the office? 

Our award-winning, dedicated Resident Services team is on site seven days a week. They are passionate about delivering high-touch service and a sense of community from ensuring you have a smooth move-in to creating a fun resident event calendar every month.  

How do I get support with maintenance issues?  

There are multiple ways to get support from our professional maintenance team. Residents may call Resident Services, submit online requests through the Resident Portal or via our lifestyle mobile apps. Each community’s professional maintenance team is available 24/7 for emergency issues.  

How will I be contacted about things going on in the community? 

We want you to know about what’s happening at your home, so we communicate via email and text about all community updates and events. We also encourage you to follow us on Facebook and Instagram.  

How will I pick up my packages?  

We have dedicated package areas with cold storage where we accept your packages from the carriers, so they are safe until you retrieve them. We notify you when a package has been delivered via email and text.  

What amenities and services are offered? 

Our on-demand business, wellness, and leisure amenities, such as our  comfortable flex workspaces including meeting rooms and individual work pods, fitness centers with top-of-the-line strength, cardio, and spin equipment, high-speed WiFi, hot beverage service, and resort-style pools create the ultimate live, work, play lifestyle. These, along with our additional services like valet dry cleaning and resident events, truly allow our residents to experience resort-style living right at home.
