AVE NAMES TAMARA HOLT EXECUTIVE BRAND AMBASSADOR

We are excited to announce the promotion of Tamara Holt to Executive Brand Ambassador for Suburban Philadelphia. Tamara previously served as Senior Business Development Manager for the region, which boasts a portfolio of six AVE properties and one under construction.
 
As Executive Brand Ambassador, Tamara will be focused on generating brand awareness for AVE in Suburban Philadelphia by developing relationships in the community, specifically with Realtors, Insurance Agents, New Homebuilders, Chambers, Corporations, Retailers, and Medical Professionals.
 
“At AVE, we partner with these professionals because it is mutually beneficial,” Tamara says. “Their clients need comfortable accommodations and most important, flexibility, and we can provide that for them with our furnished apartments, and also, just take care of them because we have dedicated service teams and great locations.”

She has a long history with our company and proven success in generating new business by building relationships and networking.”
 
Tamara joined Korman Communities in 1998 as a Corporate Sales Manager. When the company decided to expand outside its native Philadelphia market to New Jersey, Tamara executed the outside sales for that lease-up in Somerset, NJ. Due to her success, she was promoted to Director of Sales in 2001. Over the next eight years, Tamara relocated as the company grew, executing outside sales for new developments in White Plains, NY, Clifton, NJ, Herndon, VA, and Union, NJ. In 2009, she returned home to Suburban Philadelphia, first serving as General Manager at AVE Downingtown and then AVE Malvern before revisiting her true passion, sales, as Senior Business Development Manager in 2016. 
 
Tamara is actively involved in local business organizations and chambers in Suburban Philadelphia and currently serves as an Ambassador for the Main Line Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of Directors for the Delaware Valley Relocation Council.
