As Leasing Manager at
AVE Phoenix Terra and
AVE Phoenix Sky, Taylor oversees every aspect of leasing for our
luxury apartments. This includes contacting prospects, scheduling and conducting tours, owning the process of new leases and renewals, and cultivating meaningful partnerships through local outreach.
Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
I start each day by greeting our residents while they grab their morning coffee from our hot beverage station. Throughout the day, I connect with prospects to understand what they are seeking in their future apartment home and prepare for new resident arrivals. This ranges from providing community tours, guiding individuals through the entire leasing process, inspecting apartments to ensure they are move-in ready, and welcoming residents home to AVE. I also assist our current residents with any requests they may have or concerns that arise. When I’m not engaging with prospects or residents, I am planning our monthly line-up of fun events!
Q: How long have you been working in this industry?
I started my Real Estate journey in May 2022, which is when I obtained my Real Estate License. I joined AVE just a few months later in October 2022.

I love how welcoming and helpful our team is!

I love coffee! Our hot beverage station is definitely my
favorite amenity since it serves bean to cup coffee.

Q: What is your favorite hobby and why?
Hiking is my favorite hobby. Phoenix has some of the best trails with scenic views and lookouts.
Q: What is your favorite spot in the Phoenix area and why?
CiBo Pizzeria. It has amazing Italian food, adorable patio seating, and is conveniently located across from AVE Phoenix Terra.
Q: What are 3 fun facts about you that we might not know?
I run a half marathon once a year, I am obsessed with my cat, Theodore, and officially became a newlywed as of a few days ago!
