As the Suite Operations & Design Manager for the Asset team, Morgan oversees all aspects of interior design for our brand. She is responsible for creating an elevated sensory experience for prospects at each property including staging our model luxury apartments. This includes outfitting floorplans at a brand new AVE community and seasonal updates for models at our existing properties. Morgan also oversees the furnishings for our flexible-stay, furnished program. She ensures each apartment is fully equipped and accessorized with all the comforts of home such as kitchenware, bed and bath linens, and custom furniture packages.
Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
A typical workday includes designing and installing various projects across our portfolio. I work closely with our partners and internal team members to ensure everything runs smoothly from ideation to completion. A significant part of my day involves liaising with our partners to coordinate materials and services. My favorite part of my day is sourcing items and shopping for properties!

I’ve been in the interior design industry since 2021 and started as an intern.
Q: What do you love most about being a part of the AVE team?
I love how passionate everyone is and the excitement they share being a part of the AVE team. I always look forward to visiting each property and working alongside our on-site team members. Our teams strive to deliver an unforgettable living experience, which makes designing our spaces even more enjoyable.
Q: What is your favorite amenity or service that AVE provides and why?
Our sparkling pools! I love capturing the “money shot” during our brand photo shoots. Our pools also provide that wow factor when touring prospective residents and make current residents feel as if they’re living at a resort.

Q: What is your favorite hobby and why?
I have always considered interior design as one of my hobbies. I truly feel blessed to have my passion as a career.
Q: What is your favorite spot in the Phoenix area and why?
My friends and I love dining in Scottsdale, specifically at Toca Madera. It’s my favorite spot since they offer flambé menu items, have on-site fire performers and an electric guitar player. You get dinner and entertainment all at once!

I am one of six siblings, was a cheerleader for eleven years, and can draw and paint.
