As a Resident Services Manager at
AVE Tampa Riverwalk, Maggie is the main point of contact for residents staying in our
fully furnished apartments. She ensures their home is move-in ready by conducting thorough inspections and works closely with our housekeeping and maintenance team members on service requests to provide a seamless experience. Whether our residents stay with us for one month or one year, Maggie makes certain AVE is their home away from home.
Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
Each day is a new opportunity to create raving residents! While no two days are the same, providing exceptional service to our residents and prospects remains my top priority.
Q: How long have you been working in this industry?
I have been working in the Hospitality industry since 2017.
Q: What do you love most about being a part of the AVE team?
My fellow AVE team members. I love the ongoing support and tight-knit relationship we hAVE created.
Q: What is your favorite amenity or service at AVE Tampa Riverwalk and why?
The rooftop lounge is my favorite
amenity. It’s the best spot to watch the sunset and take in the stunning views of the Tampa Skyline.

Rockford, Illinois.
Q: What is your favorite hobby and why?
I love to bake and share my creations with family and friends, including my carrot cake. I’ve been told it’s the best!
Q: What is your favorite spot in the Tampa area and why?
My favorite spot is Hyde Park Village. It has amazing restaurants, a cupcake ATM, the best boutiques for shopping, and beautiful fountains.
Q: What are 2 or 3 fun facts about you that we might not know?
I have a cat named Theo that I rescued three years ago and am an avid hockey fan. Go Blackhawks!
