As the Resident Services Representative at AVE King of Prussia, Julie fosters strong relationships with corporate clients and residents. She is their dedicated point of contact from the moment they book a reservation up until their departure. Julie is passionate about providing a seamless living experience with her high-touch service and genuinely cares about the well-being of our residents.
Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
My workday is always different and varies from one day to the next, making my role dynamic and exciting. This allows me to learn about my team members’ responsibilities as well. I often work closely with our maintenance and housekeeping teams ensuring work orders are completed promptly and to the residents’ satisfaction. My role also entails reservation coordination with corporate clients before the resident arrives to our community. I confirm reservations and special requests, prepare their welcome folders and keys, and thoroughly inspect their future apartment home to ensure the highest level of comfort and convenience. The most important part of my workday is building relationships with our residents and my colleagues. We have a strong sense of community at AVE, and I am proud to be a part of it.
Q: How long have you been working in this industry?
I have been in the hospitality industry for 5 years. Prior to AVE, I devoted 15 years to caring for my family. I then jumped back into the workforce as a Lead Membership Coordinator at Life Time Fitness for 4 years and recently celebrated my 1-year anniversary at AVE.
Q: What do you love most about being a part of the AVE team?
My fellow team members! I spend just as much time with them as I do with my family and friends. They have shown me so much patience since my first day at AVE.
Q: What is your favorite amenity or service that AVE provides and why?
I love that all AVE locations are pet-friendly communities. I am a dog-lover myself, so I understand how important furry friends are to the family. Our 24-hour Resident Services team is also a nice perk at AVE King of Prussia. Our dedicated team is on-site 7 days a week ready to deliver 5-star service day and night.
Q: What is your hometown?
I was born in New Hartford, NY and raised in Syracuse, NY.
Q: What is your favorite hobby and why?
My favorite hobby is exercising! I am an avid gym-goer and love outdoor hikes.
Q: What is your favorite spot in the Suburban Philadelphia area and why?
I love going to Wayne and the King of Prussia Town Center. Both places have great outdoor spots to eat and meet up with friends.
Q: What are 3 fun facts about you that we might not know?
I absolutely love being a mom, I lived in Korea for a year and taught English, and my favorite days of the week are Tuesdays and Saturdays since I regularly attend the Cardio Party class at Life Time Fitness.
