Through her assigned daily schedule, or special projects within the housekeeping team, Carmen’s hard work shines brightly in every spotless corner. Before bringing her attention to detail and artful cleanliness to Center City, Philadelphia, Carmen was a valued housekeeping team member at our AVE Clifton community from September 2008 to July 2022. We appreciate Carmen’s hard work and dedication as a loyal and longstanding member of the AVE team.
Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
I am assigned a different schedule every day that maps out where I need to be, from our apartments to our amenity spaces, depending on residents’ needs or ongoing projects.

I have been working in this industry for 16 years.

I love the sense of teamwork and camaraderie across all departments at The Franklin Residences.

My favorite amenity space is our lobby because of its beauty and rich history.

My home country is Haiti.
Q: What is your favorite hobby and why?
My favorite hobby is cleaning. When I am finished cleaning at The Franklin Residences, I love to admire how clean my home is!

I love downtown Philadelphia, especially all the different shops.

I love to sing, dance, and shop in my free time!
