As Regional Operations Director, Brooke collaborates with the on-site teams in Montgomery County, PA every day in sales, operations, and marketing to ensure the properties are achieving their goals and operating at the highest level. Her No.1 priority is supporting and engaging with her teams to deliver a first-class living experience for all residents. Brooke strives every day to cultivate a positive work environment so team members can thrive and grow.

Q: What is your hometown?
Langhorne, PA

Q: How long have you been with AVE?
I started when we were operating as KormanSuites. This October was 31 years!

Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
Funny! There is no such thing as a typical day, which is why I love coming to work every day. Each day is filled with new and exciting challenges!

Q: What brings you the greatest satisfaction in your role?
Through the years, I have been lucky enough to work with and meet the most amazing people. I take great satisfaction collaborating with team members and being able to assist my teams to operate at the highest level. I love engaging with team members and assisting in their growth.

Q: What is your favorite AVE amenity or service?
Our resort-style pools. They are all so tropical and inviting!

Q: What is your favorite quote and why?

I love this quote because I feel it is so important to find your joy each day and not focus on negativity, which will only bring you down.

Q: What is your favorite spot in the Greater Philadelphia Area and why?
New Hope in Bucks County – I love the wineries, restaurants and shopping!

Q: What’s something interesting about you that we might not know?
My favorite vacation is being on a cruise. I have been on 61 cruises!
