As Leasing Manager at AVE Union, Ashley oversees the leasing process for both our unfurnished and furnished apartments. She provides exceptional service every step of the way—prospect tours, lease execution, move-ins, and renewals. Ashley attributes her success to teamwork as she works closely with Resident Services, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Marketing, and fellow Leasing Managers to deliver the AVE lifestyle to all residents.
Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
I start my day by walking the sales path to ensure the community is tour-ready! This includes inspecting our model apartment, auditing move-in ready apartments, and conducting a thorough walkthrough of our amenity spaces and common areas. I then contact all incoming leads regarding our current availability. Next, I focus on new resident arrivals by ensuring their apartment is move-in ready and securing the perfect welcome home gift. The remainder of my day is spent planning resident events and brainstorming social content.
Q: How long have you been working in this industry?
This October marks two years with AVE. Prior to joining the Hospitality industry, I held an Advertising Sales role in New York City.
Q: What do you love most about being a part of the AVE team?
I am so grateful to be a part of such a motivated and supportive organization. Each team member embodies our values system, QUEST, every day. Teamwork truly makes the dream work!
Q: What is your favorite amenity or service at AVE Union and why?
The resident events, I love planning the calendar of events with my fellow team members and showcasing them on our social media channels. I also enjoy attending the events as it gives me the opportunity to interact with both new and long-time residents.

Q: What is your favorite hobby?
I enjoy watching football. Growing up, my dad and I bonded over watching games of our favorite team, the Pittsburgh Steelers. Recently, I picked up a new hobby of playing golf. Although I’m a beginner, my pink golf clubs motivate me to become a skilled player.
Q: What is your favorite spot in the Northern New Jersey area and why?
Downtown Summit. There’s just something special about visiting my hometown.
Q: What are 2 or 3 fun facts about you that we might not know?
I’m the biggest hypochondriac you will ever meet, a dog mom to my Whoodle, Rocky, and was a ballerina from three years old through my freshman year of college.
