As Sales Coordinator for Northern New Jersey and New York, Amy plays an integral role in identifying business leads and cultivating successful client relationships. She supports the Business Development Managers with extensive market research to help create outreach opportunities and drive sales efforts. Once a client has confirmed their stay with us, Amy becomes their dedicated point of contact and works closely with our on-site teams to ensure a best-in-class experience. This can range from move-in day preparation, special requests during their stay, and the move-out process.
Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
A typical workday involves reading the news and staying up to date on the market to gain inspiration for new outreach opportunities. I also spend time booking reservations for our clients and assisting the BDMs with any exciting projects, ideas, or initiatives they are implementing.

I have been working in the hospitality industry for 2 ½ years.

AVE hosts fun and interactive resident events every month, which are my favorite! These events are the perfect opportunity for residents to connect with one another and meet the AVE team members. It creates a strong sense of community!

My hometown is Rockaway, NJ.
Q: What is your favorite hobby and why?
I love being outdoors and connecting with nature, whether it's hiking, biking, kayaking, practicing yoga, or taking a walk.
Q: What is your favorite spot in the New Jersey area and why?
My favorite spot in New Jersey is Duke Farms in Hillsborough. It is a beautiful hidden gem filled with miles of walking and biking paths, meditation gardens, trails, greenhouses, and a café! I love exploring here with my family and friends on weekends. I have visited countless times and still always discover something new about it.
Q: What are 3 fun facts about you that we might not know?
I was a part of a pre-professional dance company in New York City my senior year of high school. This brought many incredible experiences including dancing at the Guggenheim Museum and in the 2017 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Additionally, I double majored in Psychology and Environmental Policy at Rutgers University, and I am training to be a yoga instructor.
