At The Franklin Residences, our business center, equipped with high-speed WiFi, is open from 7 am – 11 pm, and our fitness center is 24/7. At AVE Phoenix, AVE Tampa Riverwalk and AVE Las Colinas, all the amenities aside from the pools are 24/7, so you can study or stretch at any time you like.
To be courteous to our medical students who are hard at work studying and all residents, our AVE communities also have community quiet hours mainly from 10 pm – 7 am.

The Franklin Residences is just a two-minute walk from Wills Eye Hospital, a four-minute walk to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, a 16-minute drive to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and less than 20-minute drive from the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania.

At AVE, your safety is our number one priority. We know that during residency, medical students are reporting and returning from work at all hours. We are here to make you feel safe and comfortable during those hours, with our on-site security who patrols nightly at AVE Tampa Riverwalk, AVE Austin North Lamar, AVE Phoenix and The Franklin Residences. At AVE Las Colinas, there is a courtesy patrol officer that lives onsite and is reachable 24/7.
Also, every community is controlled access, so you need a key fob to enter every community and parking garage.
