As a Porter, Ricardo is responsible for executing AVE’s "Clean Better Promise," a first-class cleaning and sanitation program, at AVE Blue Bell to ensure the community is safe for all residents and maintained at the highest level.

Busy, but busy is good! Executing our cleaning and sanitation program to ensure the community is up to our standards and safe and enjoyable for all our residents.

Knowing that I perform my duties every day to the best of my abilities and all the positive comments from the residents, that makes me feel so good.
