Spanish Town, Jamaica (my Mom and siblings still live there)
Q: How long have you been with AVE?
I have been at The Franklin for 9 months. Before working for AVE, I worked at Le Meridien Hotel in Philadelphia as the Director of Housekeeping.
Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
My typical work day is walking the property to schedule areas of opportunity, following up with my team on their daily schedules, communicating cross-departmentally to stay on track, inspecting furnished apartments, walking commercial spaces, and performing inventory audits and orders of our supplies and amenities.
Q: What brings you the greatest satisfaction in your role?
My greatest satisfaction is knowing that the job is getting done correctly, and we are exceeding resident expectations.

Our beautiful, historic lobby. It’s our WOW factor!

“Teamwork makes the dream work.” It takes everyone working together for us to achieve goals.
Q: What is your favorite spot in Philadelphia/suburban Philly area and why?
I love Conshohocken! There are so many great pubs and restaurants and the people are so friendly.

I love to watch Korean dramas with subtitles.
