MEET CELIA KOERBLER AND JUSTINE WINKLER, LEASING MANAGERS AT THE FRANKLIN RESIDENCES

As Leasing Managers at The Franklin Residences, Celia and Justine ensure a successful leasing process. This includes conducting community tours with prospects, inspecting apartments prior to residents moving in, and greeting residents with keys to their apartment on move-in day. Additionally, they drive community engagement by planning monthly resident events and managing The Franklin’s social media channels. 

Q: How do you work together collaboratively to achieve success?   

Our personalities complement one another, making us great counterparts. We effectively communicate how we can help each other to achieve team goals. Our success also comes from the continuous support and leadership from our Regional Director, Emily. We are truly lucky to have a great working relationship.  

Q: How long have you been working in this industry?  

Justine: 5 years 

Celia: Almost 2 years 

Q: What do you love most about being a part of the team at The Franklin?  

We love how dedicated every team member is to create an elevated living experience and raving residents.  

Q: What is your favorite amenity or service at The Franklin Residences?   

Justine: Our lobby! Anyone who has witnessed its historical charm would agree.  

Celia: Our Resident Services team. They provide exceptional service 24/7! 

Q: What is your hometown?   

Justine: Philadelphia, PA 

Celia: Palmerton, PA 

Q: What is your favorite hobby and why?   

Justine: During the summer, I love visiting the Jersey Shore. I also enjoy going to dinner at local restaurants, especially with my kids. 

Celia: I like to explore new Philly restaurants with my friends. 

Q: What is your favorite spot in Center City Philadelphia and why?  

Justine: My favorite spot is Headhouse Square in Society Hill. I grew up in this neighborhood and consider it my true home.  

Celia: There are so many wonderful places in Philly. I love visiting all the different neighborhoods to experience what each has to offer! 

Q: What are 2 or 3 fun facts about you that we might not know?   

Justine: I grew up on Chestnut Street, which is only six blocks from The Franklin! My grandparents and parents are proud local business owners in Washington Square West. 

Celia: My first name is Cecilia, but I go by my nickname Celia. I was named after my mom and grandmother. My first job after college was at my mom’s candle business, Blue Mountain Candle Company.
